Whether you are a company or a friend of a friend, you can make a difference. We have set up three different ways for you to contribute:
- INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS
- EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
- AUCTION ITEMS
Mark Needs Money for Drugs
Not really. We just want to help him. Whatever you can give is greatly appreciated. Over the next several months, Mark will be undergoing radiation treatments and that'll make him tired. Soon, he won't be able to work and, well, his family still has to eat.

So, what can you do?
Just give. Give a little. Give a lot. Give what you can. There are a variety of ways — it's all tax deductible!
- Be easy and give online (please follow instructions carefully):
- Visit the Dream Fund Web site below
- At the top of the form, UNCHECK any pre-checked selections (for example, 14th Annual Chili Cookoff... really, it may be checked off)
- Enter the amount your want to give—they take Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Who the hell has a Diner's Club?! ...oh, Mark does? Sorry, they don't take that).
- IMPORTANT: By "Directed Donations," near the bottom of the form, fill in "Mark Meyer." This will direct your donation to Mark.
- Be sure to fill in all the required fields.

Step Up and Turn Up The Volume.
To help reduce the hard costs associated with a benefit of this type, we are asking people who have worked with Mark — ad agencies, direct clients, producers, Nigerian e-mail writers, friends and complete strangers to give as much or as little as they can afford.
The more expenses we can get sponsored, the more money that will go directly to benefit Mark and his family. Our goal is $25,000.
Choose Your Level:
| Extremely Adequate | $2000 |
| Highly Adequate | $1000 |
| Very Adequate | $500 |
| More Adequate | $250 |
| Adequate | $100 |
As you all well know, "Extremely Adequate" is the highest commendation one could possibly achieve for an audio project engineered by Mark. We have reserved that title for the highest sponsorship possible: $2,000 to help cover event costs.
From there it goes downhill.
What do Sponsors Get?
All sponsors will receive recognition on-stage, including name and logo recognition on all fundraiser collateral pieces, signage, email notices, website and Facebook page.
Plus, many heartfelt thanks from all of Mark's friends!
If this sounds like your cup of tea, email Rachel Jacob at rachel@markisbald.org.
A Silent Auction for a Sound Guy — now THAT'S funny!
We also need stuff for the silent auction. Stuff like sports memorabilia, antique lamps, wine baskets, CSI evidence, dirty pictures and unopened booze of any kind. Things that people will want to bid on at the party.
